Christmas Card Stack Class

Hey everyone! I am presenting you with my first card class! We will be making 20 Christmas cards from the Christmas Jingle Simply Scrappin' kit. It will cost $25. We will be working at Maxine Harder's house on November 25 @ 7pm. There are only 9 spots and pre-payment will save your spot. I need to know by November 8 if you are coming. So give me a call or email me for more information. I will also be taking orders that night if you need anything, this will be your last chance before Christmas.

This is a sample of what the cards will look like

So pass this on and I hope to see you there!

Big Shot

Stampin' Up! has teamed up with Sizzix. And came out with the Big Shot. It is a die cutter and embosser. What is great is that all the dies and embossing folders coordinate with stamps in their catalogues.

Well...I just ordered one. I looked forward to learning all the uses for this little machine. I also look forward in demonstrating it and showing all of you how much fun it can be. I am quite excited about some of the other little projects you can make with it. Like pillow boxes and match stick boxes.

So if you are coming to the Redberry retreat I hope to have a little demonstration ready! I also will be demonstrating it in upcoming card classes and Workshops.

This was my first workshop card.

Paper : Certainly Celery, Pretty in Pink, Whisper white
Ink : Certainly Celery, Pretty in Pink
Stamps: Eastern Blooms, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Stampin' Dimensional's and the tearing technique.

This card is quite simple and quick and could be used with a number of other sayings. There are also many other embellishments that could be added, and yes Maxine, ribbon could surely be added somewhere!

Welcome...

I have been pondering making a blog of this sort for a while. I have been making cards for about 7 years and recently became a Stampin'Up! demonstrator. I decided this was a good time to share some of my ideas with you or pass along some great ideas I have come across.

I have closed this blog because if pictures of any of yours or my loved ones get put up on Scrapbook layouts, I want you to feel safe in knowing that not everyone and their dog can see all their information. So I just ask you to respect that privacy on this blog. But please feel free to comment or encourage entries on this blog.

So I welcome you and hope you feel encouraged and inspired !
